Hi, my name is Teresa Black, owner of A Critter's Groom & Board, Inc., and previous manager of Carol's Pet Groom and Board. Welcome to our website. I hope the information you find will be helpful and encourage you to put the trust of your special pet in our hands. I am always available to answer any questions concerning the care of your pet, offer professional advice, and work with you to make your pet grooming experience enjoyable, stress-free and caring.

I have been in the grooming industry over 26 years. We are licensed and insured with a licensed veterinarian on call for special needs. Our shop is inspected by the city, county and state authorities regularly, and we always pass with flying colors!

Over the years, my professionally trained staff and I have groomed every breed of dog and cat imaginable. There is no pet grooming task we can't handle. Your pet's safety is always our first priority. Do you just want a wash and a trim for your pet? No problem. Are you looking for a custom cut for your show dog or cat? Bring in a picture or tell us your ideas and we'll do our best to match your expectations. Do you have a problem pet or one that needs special attention? Our Staff will take the time to work with, not against, your pet to achieve the best goal.

We understand the hassles some families have just trying to get through their day-to-day routines. Maybe you can't make it to our shop?  No problem. That's why we offer a pick-up and delivery service.  Our grooming tasks include 2 shampoos, coat conditioner, ears, nails, anal glands, fluff dry (not cage dry) and hand scissoring.

At A Critter's Groom & Board, we're experts in flea and tick control. We don't use harmful chemical dips that could harm  your family pet. Instead, we highly recommend, use and sell ADVANTAGEŽ and FRONTLINEŽ products for your pet. Unlike many veterinarian clinics, we can provide single dose treatments, or if you prefer, the 3-6 month treatment. Please don't hesitate to call us with any questions or concerns.
